Surrounded by mature trees and lush landscapes, the 660 West Northcroft project in Lake Forest involved the comprehensive transformation of a traditional suburban estate. To realize this vision, our approach celebrated bespoke craftsmanship and layered textures. We honored the home’s architectural heritage by incorporating rich custom millwork and period-appropriate detailing, but kept the spaces feeling fresh by utilizing a lighter, more contemporary color palette. Thoughtfully sourced antiques were mixed with custom-designed, modern lighting fixtures to create visual tension and interest.
