The clients, an active couple with a passion for winter sports and high-end entertaining, envisioned a sophisticated après-ski haven. They wanted to move away from traditional, heavy mountain clichés, opting instead for a narrative that balanced rustic warmth with sleek, contemporary elegance.

Our approach was heavily influenced by the surrounding environment and the property’s architectural envelope. We introduced a curated mix of rough-hewn timbers, custom architectural millwork, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the breathtaking mountain vistas. To soften the spaces, we layered the rooms with rich, warm textiles, shearling accents, and bespoke lighting fixtures that cast a welcoming glow during snowy evenings.

The primary goal was to ensure the home was as functional as it was beautiful. By integrating smart-home technology and designing custom storage solutions for outdoor gear, we created an inviting, stress-free retreat. The result is a highly personalized mountain sanctuary tailored for both lively gatherings and quiet relaxation.
